Gautami Bhor

Gautami is a passionate sustainability advocate based in New Zealand. She currently works as a Sustainability consultant with Proxima Consulting in Auckland. Gautami, an IT engineer by training, completed a Master of Science in Environmental Management from The University of Auckland. She transitioned into corporate sustainability to pursue her passion for addressing sustainability-related issues and creating positive impact.

She has extensive experience in working on sustainability strategies, impact and materiality assessments, GHG accounting, climate change mitigation research, scenario analysis and youth engagement on sustainable behaviour change. Gautami has worked with a diverse range of clients in New Zealand, helping them with sustainability reporting, impact assessments, and facilitating workshops. During her time in India, she conducted independent research on sanitary waste management and submitted her work internationally. She also worked on social impact initiatives, including plantation drives, river cleanups and underprivileged empowerment.

Outside of her professional work, Gautami enjoys hiking, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends.

  • Gautami is a Certified Black Belt (Dan II) in Taekwondo

Harshvardhan Sharma

Harsh is a seasoned CSR and sustainability professional with 14 years of experience in social impact, program design, and climate action initiatives. He spends most of his day running operations at Social Footprint, a sustainability advisory and communication firm founded by him in 2020. 

After schooling in Tokyo and graduating from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Harsh began his career at Ernst & Young before transitioning to rural development. He worked with an NGO in Tamil Nadu improving learning outcomes of children studying in government schools and later implemented large-scale CSR projects on behalf of a Member of Parliament in Telangana, impacting over 50,000 lives. With a decade of grassroots experience, Harsh founded Social Footprint to bridge the corporate sector and civil society organizations, believing in collaborative change.

  • He loves listening to podcasts during his travels, ranging from true crime to neuroscience
  • He’s a coffee snob and his friends are scared to drink milk-based coffee in his company
Selva Ganapathy

Selva is a seasoned professional with a background in community building and sustainability. He began his career as a Technical Superintendent at the Indian Institute of Technology and later became involved in volunteer work with Aid India, mobilising over 10,000 volunteers. His efforts earned him recognition and awards.

Currently, Selva serves as a Low Carbon Specialist at Auckland Council, promoting sustainable living through community engagement. He also co-founded Community Simplified, focusing on community development, and offers independent Community and  ESG consultancy services. With an Executive MBA from the University of Canterbury, Selva brings a blend of technical expertise and community leadership to his work. His passion for sustainability and community building drives his professional endeavours.
